Customer Service Team – A new team member required to take inbound enquiries from existing customers, and to proactively contact existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and to identify areas for additional product sales.  People with experience in customer service, outbound or inbound sales, or any other call centre environment would be ideally suited.
Internal Sales Team – Sales representatives required to visit existing customers, and source new customers.  This role involves travelling to visit the customer at their premises.  People with outbound sales experience or in a similar ‘on the road’ sales role would be ideally suited.
